Join us on May 9th at the Environmental Issues Breakfast Meeting for Part 2 of A Dialogue Regarding the Opportunity to Obtain State Primacy  and another robust discussion with Arizona’s favorite Water Quality Director, Trevor Baggiore.

Director Baggiore will discuss the efforts and progress by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality with its’ most recent venture in seeking primacy of the CCR Program.  Additionally, he will provide an update on the status of and the projected path forward for the CWA 404 and the UIC permit programs, as well as Waters of the U.S. and possibly more.

You just never know what new and exciting information Director Baggiore will be sharing; but you can always count on him to encourage and facilitate an enticing dialogue with all in the room.  This is a perfect opportunity to hear from one another, converse with Director regarding the various issues ; and, most importantly, learn the latest developments of issues that are critical to you, your company/clients/etc.

Trevor Baggiore has been serving as ADEQ’s Water Quality Division Director since February 2015.  In this position, he helps advance the Water Quality Division’s mission to protect and enhance public health and the environment by ensuring safe drinking water and reducing the impact of pollutants discharged to surface water and groundwater.

Trevor has been with ADEQ since 2001.  Prior to moving to the Water Quality Division in September 2014 to serve as its Deputy Director, he served in ADEQ’s Air Quality Division as Unit Manager and Section Manager for six years and then as the Deputy Director for four years.
