Director, Maricopa County Flood Control District
Director Maricopa County maintains and operates an extensive flood control program to prevent flooding during storm events. Recent federal regulatory efforts may have a significant impact on flood control in Maricopa. Director Wiley will provide an overview of the County's flood control infrastructure and discuss how new Federal requirements could have an adverse impact.

In June of 2015, OSHA issued an interpretation letter that changed the applicability criteria that triggers Process Safety requirements. This change could expand and broaden the applicability of this rule for companies using large quantities of Process Safety chemistries. Director Warren will discuss this letter, explain ADOSH's view of it and how it will impact business in Arizona.
