Topic: Voluntary Environmental Stewardship Program (VESP). In 2012, the Arizona Legislature created the Arizona Voluntary Environmental Stewardship Program to provide a mechanism to identify and reward organizations that maintain a good compliance history and strive to go beyond legal requirements. Bingham will give an overview of the VESP program and provide us with an update on its progress.
